3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices listed on our website are in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept various payment modes including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- In case of payment failure or delay, Lookie Fashion will not be responsible for any bank or transaction-related issues.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We aim to deliver your order within 5–7 working days, depending on your location.
- Shipping timelines may vary during festivals, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Lookie Fashion is not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.
5. Returns and Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrong products received.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at lookiebrand@gmail.com .
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
- Custom or personalized t-shirts are not eligible for return or exchange.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once the product has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
7. Intellectual Property
- All designs, logos, images, and content on Lookie Fashion are owned by the brand and protected by copyright laws.
- Any unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of our content is strictly prohibited.
