At Lookie Fashion, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering high-quality, premium T-shirts. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our simple and fair Refund and Return Policy.
🛍️ Returns
You can return your product under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Please note:
- Customized or personalized T-shirts (including printed or name-based designs) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there’s a manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered.
- Products returned without approval or beyond the return period will not be accepted.

🔁 Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges if:
- You received the wrong size, color, or design.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
To request an exchange:
- Email us at lookiebrand@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, issue details, and a photo of the product.
- Once verified, we’ll arrange a pickup or share return instructions.
Exchange approvals depend on stock availability.
💰 Refunds
After your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you via email once your return is approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit (based on your preference).
Please note:
- Shipping charges, COD fees, and handling fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized products
- Discounted or sale items
- Gift cards or promotional merchandise
❌ Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
Once your order is processed or printed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

🧾 Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Send a clear photo and your order ID to lookiebrand@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund as per our policy.
