1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any orders once they are placed and delivered.


2. Replacement Policy

We only offer replacement in case the product received is damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear proof (photos/videos) of the damaged or defective product

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition


3. Replacement Process

Once your request is approved:

  • The same product will be replaced

  • No changes in size, color, or design will be allowed

  • Replacement will be processed within a reasonable time frame


4. Important Notes

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted

  • We do not provide refunds under any circumstances

  • Only replacement of the same product is allowed
